WHO IS BEHIND TEAM SPIRIT?

At Team Spirit Thailand, we passionately believe in the transformative power of human connections and personalised experiences. As specialists in Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) and sustainable events, we are dedicated to creating tailor-made programmes that go beyond mere activities to deliver unforgettable, impactful experiences for all participants.

Our expertise is not confined to corporate entities; we proudly serve universities, international schools, and various non-corporate groups, ensuring that everyone can benefit from our unique approach.

Our Belief in Human Connections in a world increasingly dominated by technology, the value of genuine human interaction cannot be overstated. At Team Spirit Thailand, we place human connections at the heart of everything we do. We understand that meaningful connections are the cornerstone of successful teams, thriving communities, and vibrant organisations.

Our programmes are designed to foster these connections through engaging, collaborative activities that encourage communication, trust, and mutual respect.

We work directly with our Thai partners who align with our practices covering; sustainable travel and transport services (offsetting where needed), eco-friendly hotels and resorts, local specialist services, impactful CSR projects and student focused CSR abroad programmes, local and international artists and musicians, TAT guides and knowledgeable insiders - our network is varied and wide.

TEAM SPIRIT THAILAND creates sustainable, customised events for all your corporate team building and CSR activity needs. From Outdoor Adventures to Executive Retreats, Wellness Experiences to Community Immersion Projects that are rewarding for all and, align with your company's goals.

With insider knowledge and a vast network of local connections across Thailand, we ensure that your company's targets and sustainability commitments are incorporated into all elements of your corporate training and team events.

Rather than a "one size fits all" list of products, we tailor our eclectic collection of activities using local specialists and individualise your event based on location, group size, budget and desired outcome.

We produce 1 time a year experiences based on Thailand's array of regional festivals and Buddhist holidays, that really encourage local immersion and highlight some of the unique cultural aspects of the land of smiles.

As businesses and institutes are being driven to change, they aim to adopt responsible practices and create better, more inclusive systems. We combine our collective knowledge, experience, network and abilities to help drive these changes so that your event has a positive benefit for people and planet.
